This Privacy Policy explains what information Finny collects and how we use it. We aim to collect as little as possible.

1. Information we collect

Account & billing: when you subscribe, our payment processor (Stripe) collects your payment details and email. Finny Cloud receives subscription status and license records. We do not store full card numbers.

License verification: the software sends a one-way hash of your license key and a hash of a device identifier to verify entitlement. License checks are handled by Finny Cloud. We do not collect your trading data, broker credentials, or strategy code through license checks — those stay on your machine.

2. How we use information

We use this information to provide and secure the services: to authenticate licenses, enforce device limits, prevent abuse, process payments, and provide support.

3. Sharing

We share information only with service providers necessary to operate the service (for example, payment processing and infrastructure hosting), or where required by law. We do not sell your personal information.

4. Data retention

We retain account and license-verification records for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations, then delete or anonymize them.

5. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information. To make a request, email jaimin@finnyai.tech.

We may update this policy; material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above.
